A very smart one bed apartment in Oxford for up to two people in a superb location close to the city centre and only five minutes' walk from Magdalen Bridge and the High Street. The apartment has just under gone a complete refurbishment.

It is located in a modern crescent just behind the main Iffley Road out of Oxford city centre. The entrance to the house is shared with the owners, this apartment is on the ground floor and the owners live above. The apartment consists of a separate bedroom with double bed and adjoining shower room, plus kitchen/dining room. The apartment opens on to a patio area with table and chairs and private garden. Within easy walking distance of the city centre 1.5 kms away, the apartment is also very near the shops and restaurants of St Clements and Cowley Road.

-The bedroom is very light, attractive and modern, decorated in stylish neutral tones, with doors opening on to the living area. It contains a double bed, bedside tables, an armchair, small table, a convenient workstation with desk and shelves above. In the hallway, there is a large wardrobe and separate cupboard with shelves providing plenty of storage space for guests.
-The bathroom is attractively tiled and decorated, with a powerful shower and plenty of hot water.
-The kitchen is bright and well-equipped for guests with a ceramic hob and oven, fridge and dishwasher. There is a dining table and a seating area with flat screen TV and DVD.  This room has bi-folding doors onto the garden to maximise the light and give a feeling of space.
-The apartment occupies the ground floor of the three-storey house (the owners live above) and faces away from the Iffley Road to an attractive area of green fields and university sports facilities. It is very quiet and peaceful; in good weather, guests can make use of the table and chairs on the patio and enjoy the beautiful enclosed and private garden.

LOCAL AREA
This self-catering apartment in Oxford has excellent local amenities with the many small shops (including newsagents, chemists and small supermarkets) and restaurants of Iffley Road, St Clements and Cowley Road five or ten minutes away. The full facilities of the city centre are only 1.5 kms away making this an ideal choice for both Oxford holiday lettings or corporate bookings.

ACCESS TO CITY CENTRE
As the apartment is located off the main Iffley Road just to the east of Oxford, the route to the city centre could hardly be more beautiful, taking visitors across stunning Magdalen Bridge straight up the historic High Street, with colleges on either side, to the city epicentre at the top of the High Street. The walk takes 20 minutes, or there is a frequent bus service along the Iffley Road making it a very convenient location for a short stay in Oxford.

BOOKING AND AVAILABILITY
Between April and September there is a minimum seven night stay. Shorter stays may be available in between bookings.

Short Break Pricing
Stays of less than 7 nights are calculated as follows:
3 nights: 75% of the weekly rate
4 nights: 80% of the weekly rate
5 nights: 85% of weekly rate
6 nights: 100% of weekly rate
