A really nice, modern, quiet, well-equipped, property with an open outlook over green fields. 15 minutes walk into Witney town centre. An ideal base to tour Oxford and the Cotswolds. We spent a relaxing 2 weeks here and can recommend the property.

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful stay at this place. It was short walk into Woodstock (roughly 15 minutes) which was ideal as there’s not a lot of parking in the village, it’s in a peaceful location and some of the nature you see just outside the windows are incredible.
Gorgeous cottage set in stunning surroundings. Lovely log burner and friendly neighborhood peacocks. Had a lovely stay and would highly recommend
Great place to stay
The quiet location! Smell from the horses were coming in time to time, but that didn't bother us much! The place was very clean. I wish there were full kitchen necessities such as cork screw and other little things, but again, those we could just buy them in Witney in 10 min drive.
